Punta Prima Menorca Spain

Punta Prima, located near the very South East tip of the island is 6 miles South of Mahon and the airport set on area of flat coastal scrubland descending gently to white sandy bay.

The resort is opposite the small offshore island of Isla del Aire. It is one of older resorts which has consequently a shade more character, authenticity and variety.

Menorca’s capital town, Mahon, is an unavoidable port of call for visitors arriving on the island, and most head for the string of restaurants and cafes that line the harbour frontage.

The town itself is sedate and conservative, featuring classic Georgian townhouses (bearing testimony to the British occupation of bygone days) and tall apartment blocks.

Arenal D'En Castell Menorca Spain

Arenal d’en Castell is a self-contained modern resort, with a small supermarket, a few shops, and restaurants and bars. There is also a chemist and a bar just next to the beach. The coastline is dramatic and probably the best feature; in comparison to other Menorcan resorts, this one tends to look over-developed.

Arenal d’en Castell is located on the N coast, 14 mls N of Mahon and the airport. It is buit around a near-circular cove with steep slopes rising on all sides, backed by heathland and pine woods.
